Robert Hester founded The Bearing Group in 2004 to develop technology solutions to achieve maximum business benefits. With over fourteen years of experience in the technology industry he has demonstrated the ability to effectively map business goals to technology solutions. His career involves tenures at Bloomberg L.P., AT&T, and Cable & Wireless during which he supported numerous Fortune 100 clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, UBS Warbug and Goldman Sachs. Over the years he has performed many roles including sourcing and supplier management, network design & implementation, project management, sales, and sales management. Applying this extensive knowledge with a broader scope of products, partners and alliances to create true business-building solutions for his clients is what drives Mr. Hester and the engagements of The Bearing Group.
