A comprehensive cost benefit analysis is performed and contractual items such as revenue commitments, service level agreements as well as terms and conditions are negotiated with each of the potential suppliers to ensure that you receive the most favorable commercial and contractual terms possible. Implement

The implementation phase is arguably the most important. The ability to coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure the on time delivery of your solution, with minimal or no business interruptions is critical. To accomplish this, we coordinate the signing and processing of contracts, completion of service orders, the provisioning of services, testing and end user training.
